Barbara H. Irwin, Principal and Founder of HR Advisors Group, is an accomplished human resources leader with over 18 years of experience in the field of human resources management and development. Prior to forming her own company, Ms. Irwin held senior-level HR positions in the engineering consulting industry-including Vice President with MWH and Director of Human Resources with Dewberry-and in Lockheed Martin and Alcon Laboratories Pharmaceutical Corporation.

Ms. Irwin has an MA in Human Resources Management/Development and is a member of Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), HR Leadership Forum, International SHRM Global SIG, American Society for Training and Development, NSPE HR Roundtable and Executive Women's Roundtable.
