Heather D. Tuttle

Heather D. Tuttle joined HR Advisors Group as a Benefits, Compensation & HRIS expert with over 12 years of experience in the field of human resources. Ms. Tuttle brings with her a solid background in health and welfare benefit structure development, compensation benchmarking, M&A due diligence, ERISA compliance, as well as EEO & Affirmative Actions compliance.

Since joining HR Advisors Group, Ms. Tuttle has used her intensive and widespread knowledge in the benefits area to enhance the services we offer to the Engineering, Architectural and Construction industries by providing them with her significant insight into their industry needs from a benefits perspective. Her in-depth involvement and experience in developing communication strategies allows us to offer our clients a variety of customized communication tools to best suit their needs.

Ms. Tuttle holds a BBA in Marketing from James Madison University. She is also certified as a PHR, Professional in Humans Resources and GBA, Group Benefits Associate. She continues her development in the human resources through active membership in both SHRM and the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Professionals.
