Mary J. Battaglia

Mary J. Battaglia is seasoned human resources professional with over 15 years of experience in human resource management, corporate communications and organizational training and development.

Prior to joining HR Advisors Group, Ms. Battaglia held various HR management positions with such Fortune 500 Companies as Lockheed Martin, United HealthGroup, KPMG Peat Marwick LLP and Ernst & Young LLP as well as several non-profit organizations.

As a practiced human resources professional, Ms. Battaglia has extensive experience in the areas of policy and procedure development, management development and leadership cultivation, team building facilitation, performance management structure development, international staffing processes and regulations, job analysis and job description creation, and benefits administration. In addition, she has utilized her skills as a training developer and facilitator to create and deliver a vast scope of corporate training and development programs from Management Practices and Interviewing Skills to hybrid programs designed to train end-users in proprietary software packages.

Ms. Battaglia received her Bachelor's Degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She was certified in 2001 as a Professional in Human Resources by HRCI and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. She is also a Qualified Practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Assessment.
