Mary C. Lake

Mary Lake’s affiliation with HR Advisors Groups followed 14 years of experience in the education field as a Communications and English professional working with instruction as well as curriculum development. Ms. Lake has also developed programs and conducted adult education classes for a private school system in Southwest Florida. In addition she spent time in the IT industry as a software tester and documentation specialist creating detailed, end-user documentation for complex software systems.

Since joining HR Advisors Group, Ms. Lake has been responsible for the writing of curriculum for training programs as well as the development of instructional and presentation materials. These materials, such as employee workbooks, interactive participant exercises, PowerPoint Presentations and facilitator workbooks are on a variety of topics including Performance Appraisals, Sexual Harassment, Conflict Resolution, and other management programs.

Ms. Lake holds a BA in Education from the University of South Florida. In addition she is a Florida state certified teacher.
