Maryam McShea

Maryam McShea, a seasoned business professional with more than 11 years of HR experience, brings with her to HR Advisors Group HR generalist, recruitment/staffing and training experience with large government contractors/consulting firms, as well as with small start-up companies. Prior to joining HR Advisors, she worked for companies such as: Booz-Allen & Hamilton, SAIC, NetSec Technologies, Arbitron, McCann-Erickson, and Grey Advertising.

Ms. McShea’s generalist experience has included conducting sensitive employee relations investigations, developing training programs and facilitating leadership training. She has also developed teams to address specific corporate initiatives as well as been responsible for the development and implementation of the programs created for these initiatives.

Her experience in the recruitment arena is extensive and includes full life cycle recruiting, development of staffing plans and skills assessments. As a recruiting specialist, her background included heading recruiting efforts to identify, screen and hire cleared individuals for executive level positions.

Ms. McShea has a Bachlor’s degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Marketing from Villanova University.
